William's BUZZ ("we", "us", "our") provides creator workflow tools for project management, AI chat support, thumbnail generation support, and social analytics integration.
We collect account information (such as username and email), project data, uploaded files, chat content, and social platform data that users explicitly connect (for example, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok).
We use this data to provide app functionality, generate analytics, improve user experience, and maintain service security. We do not sell personal data.
Social platform data is processed only after user authorization and according to each platform's API terms. Users can disconnect linked accounts and request deletion of stored connection data.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve safeguards and monitoring.
